Avon Life Colour by Kenzo Takada

After three years assembling a substantial new identity for Avon Brazil, I was invited to do the same for Avon in a global platform to consolidate a fresher take on content, making the proprietary platforms more digitally-driven in terms of strategy and visual language. My mission is to develop campaigns and global assets that any market can use and identify with, making the products even more desirable and connected to the current cultural setting.

To start off this new phase for Avon, we have created a product film for the latest collaboration with the incredible world renewed designer Kenzo Takada.

Even though we had a small budget, we came up with a visual language that spoke culturally with all Avon’s markets. As well as delivering drama with the bottle display, we have translated to the visuals an aromatic feel for the Magnolia (the heart of the fragrance), still adding a joyous vibe with the rainbow spray to connect more with the concept. It was received very well by markets such as the UK, Russia, Italy, Brazil and more.

Meet Kenzo

We have also created a short video interview with Kenzo Takada, inspired by the “73 questions by Vogue”, where we got him to tell us a little bit about himself, his inspirations and the creative process for product development.
