I'm Victor, a Brazilian creative with over 18 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, leadership, and team management. I've successfully handled large-scale projects and campaigns with ambitious goals, collaborating seamlessly with local and global teams.

Being part of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm passionate about projects that align with my values and promote diversity and inclusion. In 2017, I received recognition for a campaign at the SXSW festival in Austin, which was praised as a communication best practice for its focus on diversity at Avon Brazil.
