A Glitch
Invited by Warner Bros. Discovery / HBO Max, I explored the global launch of Welcome to Derry from a simple idea: horror doesn’t live only on screen. It lives in reactions, inside jokes, shared theories and the quiet thrill of collective discomfort.
I created ideas designed to circulate in culture. Unexpected collaborations. Everyday objects, slightly distorted. Simple gestures with fandom potential. Concepts built to travel across markets while keeping the same chill.
A ketchup that feels a little too much like blood. Familiar, but wrong. A pop icon turned into an object of tension.
A Happy Meal that loses its innocence and gains a subtle layer of unease, the kind of provocation that fits Burger King’s irreverent spirit.
In Argentina, both ideas converged in the Derry King combo, a Halloween edition blending collab, pop culture and discomfort in just the right measure. Simple enough to feel immediate. Strange enough to stay with you.
